Welcome to Casa Azul! This 1930s craftsman Spanish style home has been completely remodeled, giving guests authentic charm with updated amenities. The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and an extra sleeping room with daybed and trundle perfect for kids. The modern kitchen has everything you need and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with luxury sheets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and full closet with pack n play and high chair. The third sleeping room has a twin size day bed and trundle. This room does not have a door, but has a room divider for privacy. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and accessories. The living room has a flat screen smart television and opens up to a lovely deck with outside seating great for people watching. You will find some board games, puzzles, and toys under the living room coffee table chest. There is a separate dining room with seating for 6. Off the dining room you will find the extra sleeping room.
The kitchen opens up to the backyard with an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. The backyard has a bar area, deck, grill, and tea lights, making it the perfect sanctuary for a relaxing evening. You will find beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and a variety of beach toys located in the outdoor storage shed.
There is a full washer and dryer located in a laundry shed with complementary detergent and dryer sheets.
